About Us
We are a husband and wife team and within the last few years dogs have become our passion. Theresa grew up as a dog lover without a dog of her own, and after getting her first dog three years ago her love only grew. Her passion for dog training was also ignited. That stubborn, opinionated Miniature Pinscher has been one of her greatest teachers, and after stumbling through training him she realized she wanted to make a career of this. She continued to educate herself through training friends' dogs and her own. She also worked at a boarding kennel and volunteered at the SPCA. While all of this was helpful she decided to further her education at National K9 Academy. She is now a Master Dog Trainer with certifications in Basic and Advanced Obedience, Behavior Modification, Tracking, Scent Detection, Puppy Development, Retrieval, and Assistant Dog. She is also a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals and National K9 Dog Trainers Association.
Patrick also grew up loving dogs, especially his childhood Husky, Chuck. He has been by Theresa's side as they worked as a team to train their three dogs and offers continued support with client's dogs. Although his current focus is on the technical part of running the business he is excited to further his experience with training. We both love watching the relationship between a person and their dog grow stronger and look forward to helping this happen for you.
